Service Description

Sunshine. Fresh mountain air. Strong movement. Cold drinks afterward. Join us outdoors for a creative vinyasa flow designed to build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect you with your body—and the beautiful place we call home. This practice offers a little less spice than my Strong Vinyasa class while still providing plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself and explore your human terrain. Bring your mat, soak up the Colorado sunshine, and stay afterward to enjoy a beverage or snack at Ale Yak Beer Garden when they open at 4 PM.
